phfan Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules for Filipino Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("the Player") and phfan ("the Platform," "we," "us"). They govern all use of phfan, including the website at phfan.vu, the mobile applications available for iOS and Android, and all games and betting markets accessible through your account.

By registering an account, logging in, or using any feature of phfan, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you accept them without reservation. These Terms apply to every player on the platform regardless of location within the Philippines.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To open and maintain an account on phfan, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.

phfan accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's failure to keep their login credentials confidential. Any activity conducted through a logged-in session is assumed to be carried out by the registered account holder unless the player reports a security breach within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phfan are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are handled through local payment channels including Philippine online banking, bank transfer, and supported local e-wallets. Deposits are credited to your phfan balance after successful processing by the relevant payment channel. Processing times depend on the method selected and are outside phfan's direct control once a transaction has been submitted.

Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, as a standard anti-fraud measure. Before a withdrawal can be processed, the account must be fully KYC-verified. phfan reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal.

The following conditions apply to all transactions:

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on phfan are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after confirmation, except in specific circumstances outlined by phfan for a particular market or event.

phfan reserves the right to void any bet that is placed as a result of a pricing error, technical malfunction, or incorrect market information. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's balance.

If a sports event is postponed before it begins, outstanding bets on that event will generally be voided and the stakes returned. If an event is abandoned after commencing, settlement will depend on the amount of play completed and the rules applicable to that specific sport and market, as set out in the phfan betting rules for that category.

Maximum stake and payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are shown in the bet slip before the player confirms any wager. Attempting to exceed these limits through multiple accounts or coordinated betting activity is prohibited.

6. Promotions and Bonuses

phfan offers promotions and bonuses to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including eligible games, activity requirements, and validity period, which are published alongside the promotion at the time it is made available.

• Using more than one account, including accounts registered in another person's name.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to interact with phfan outside of normal player activity.
• Placing bets designed to exploit pricing errors or system vulnerabilities rather than genuine sporting or gaming outcomes.
• Attempting to launder money or use phfan for any unlawful financial purpose.
